We have created SANIFA with a purpose to raise the industry benchmark, our corporate philosophy is towards “Think Globally Act Locally” and we believe that this can only be achieve through innovation and collaboration.

Our vision is to enhance value across the value-chain and create a win-win situation for the key stakeholders namely, farmers, ginners and textile sector. By working through challenges and getting the fundamentals right, we can showcase a model towards sustainable solution of cotton crop in Pakistan. In this regard, we will also be collaborating with international partners to bring innovations in seed, technology and farm mechanization.

The key to deliver our ambition is through a unique business strategy, that is to challenge the assumptions currently prevail in this industry and create differentiation while ensuring alignment both internally and externally. We believe that we are in a strong position to roll out this strategy effectively, since we are working on end-to-end processes from seed to lint.

After having worked for 30 years with a leading multinational in agriculture industry, we are embedding the culture and ways of working with international standards. Our team has a professional and diverse experience of working with international and national companies in a highly competitive environment.

We have developed functional strategies to meet or exceed the stakeholders‘ expectations and are also working with regulators to strengthen the policy framework from time to time.
